Burninating the countryside!
Burninating the village!
Burninating all the people
and their thatched-roof cottages!!!

I made this for my boss, Jay, for Xmas and gave it to him early since he’s going to be out for the next two weeks and I wanted to be sure he got it.

I actually modified the pattern a little bit and tried to do short rows and knitting back into previous rows to do the bends in the body and arm. I think I know how to do it better if I ever make another Trogdor.

The arm really does look like a wang while you’re knitting it, and it continues to look like one until you try to define the fist, and even then it still sort of resembles a phallus (albeit a deformed one) until you put in the elbow. Let me tell you, I was relieved that it finally looked like a big, beefy arm growing out of the back of his neck there instead of a sad-looking dong.

Also in retrospect, I’d make his mouth longer than the pattern specifies so I can do better teeth next time.
