Had a lot of fun making this one, even though it felt like the body took FOREVER.

I feel a little bad that I couldn’t get the collar to be ruffly/puffy, since this was a present for a friend, but she seemed to be ecstatic about it because it came out so big. :)

I had a bit of trouble with the fabric glue for the felt, but once I realized I was supposed to put on a big glop, let it tack for 5 minutes, and THEN push the felt into it and leave it to dry, it worked pretty well.
