Rip It Good

WIP Wednesday #30

I’ve been a bit busy playing Saints Row the Third and of course knitting, so I’ve been about apathetic about doing my blog posts. Now nobody will even read this one because I’m posting it so late!

Here’s my latest cross stitch project. It’s off center because the hoop popped apart, but it’s going into a coaster anyway, so meh.

Here is a new set of gloves I am making for my future sister-in-law. They’re the same pattern I always use (Witchyknits’ Cabled Fingerless Mitts) but they aren’t the Bunny Loop ones I’ve been making. I haven’t worked as much on these as I wanted because I can’t find my cable needle and I don’t feel like using a DPN.

And here’s a little something I’ve been working on for my future nephew. Can you guess what it is? I’ve got the ears on now, and the white for the eyes, whiskers, and teeth, so now it’s much more clear what it is than this picture. I still have to decide how I’m doing the eye color, though.

For more works in progress, check out Tami’s Amis WIP Wednesday post for this week!

Tami's Ami's WIP Wednesday

  1. Cuutttee monkey! I’ve been doing a bit of amigurumi lately, but mine is far less recongisable :D

  2. I knew that was a Rattata without looking at the sidebar! So cute!

(Once my hubby gets a job, I want to talk with you about commissioning some catnip toys–our new cat is younger and more playful than our other cat.)

  3. Rattata is so cute! He looks great so far, I can’t wait to see him finished. Your nephew will love it. I love the colour of the mitts, good luck finding your cable needle!

  4. Better late than never as far as blog posting goes! The little cat looks cute! Will we see it all done on Friday?

  5. Ooo, I’m not up on my Pokemon, but it looks like he’s going to be cute!

  6. The gift for your nephew is becoming adorable!!
