Guess what I just had to have because I OMG hate mopping that I never use anymore? That’s right! A Swiffer!
Therefore, I made a Swiffer sock, and I intend to make more with the hopes that it will make me want to clean my floor more often.

This is a really ingenious but simple design. I’m not sure I’d call it reversible, because I think it’d be a pain and perhaps less effective to have the bumpy side on the inside facing the Swiffer, but as you can see from the picture it picks up dirt wonderfully. I’ll probably make a few more in this design as well as some others.

I think that is a brilliant design/idea. I hate cleaning anything, so I need good incentive with things like this!

I have like 5 more different ones, both knit and crochet, in my ravelry queue now. :)

I have a Swiffer (that I probably don’t use often enough) and I’ve been meaning to crochet myself a Swiffer sock but haven’t gotten to that task yet. Maybe I should do a quick one up today and check it off the list.

This one takes *forever* to dry, but if you’ve got your own drier (I don’t) it isn’t such a big deal.
